Should we allow goverment to own company's?

The government is trying to take over businesses that are in bankruptcy. With the economy the way it is these days. I say let them do it take out the money hogging jerks who run these company's and see how they like now. This should ease some of the economic slump. Then give the bail out money to the people for the people that's who is more important here. Then when the time is right release the company's and see if they can self govern there self better. I don't see why everyone is against this yes it is probably unconstitutional but there has to be another way. Other than giving these bailouts to these company's just to pay for there incompetent CEO's and Presidents salaries.
